    Concordia Preparatory School, a co-educational day school, seeks applicants for the position of Director of Guidance.  Applicants should possess the following qualities:
    • The ability to work collaboratively
    • The ability and willingness to work with diverse constituencies
    • Knowledge of counseling techniques, protocols, and best practices in the field
    • A thorough understanding of a school counselor's scope of practice
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • An ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently
    The position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000 based on credentials and experience.
