Affordability

Concordia Preparatory School is committed to providing affordable access to a faith-based education.

At Concordia Preparatory School, we are dedicated to ensuring that a quality Christian education is accessible to students from diverse backgrounds. We recognize that choosing the right school is a significant investment for families, and we are proud to offer both merit- and need-based tuition assistance to help make Concordia Prep an attainable option.

Our tuition assistance program is sustained through the generosity of our community—benefactors, endowments, and fundraising initiatives all contribute to supporting future Saints. Each application is carefully reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, with awards granted in varying amounts based on academic achievement, special talents, and demonstrated financial need.

While families are expected to contribute toward tuition, Concordia Prep is committed to partnering with your family in this process and providing meaningful opportunities to make our school both affordable and accessible.

  • Split Tuition Account Creation Instructions

Concordia Prep enrollment contracts can be split between two responsible signers (i.e., parents/guardians) where each signer has their own separate account and splits the billing 50/50 for the same student(s).

For example, divorced or separated family members (i.e., Parent/Guardian 1 and 2) may wish to have separate Tuition Management accounts and be responsible for their own portion of their student's financial statement.

    Creating Split Contract/Account
    • By choosing to split a payment, this action will result in each responsible signer having their own Tuition Management account.
    • One of the noted responsible signers should select "Split Payment" in the Tuition Management Contract options.
      • The first signer who begins the contract process will see the option to split the contract on the Tuition & Fees tab.
      • The first signer beginning the process should make sure this option is selected if the contract is for a subsequent student.
      • The second signer would not need to see this as an option but would need to create their own Tuition Management account to access.

Tuition Assistance Opportunities

Tuition assistance is available for eligible families through a variety of resources, including financial aid, merit and academic scholarships, external scholarships, and discounts. Through these offerings, the School is able to offer additional support for students to gain access to an affordable, faith-based education as a member of the Saints community.

All new and returning Concordia Prep families must complete an online financial assistance application from one of our partners each year to be eligible for tuition assistance consideration. Since a family’s economic and financial circumstances change from year to year, the School reviews submitted applications annually to determine eligibility.

Concordia Prep has partnered with Clarity, our preferred partner, as well as FACTS to assist families with tuition assistance support for the 2026-2027 school year. Applications for both tuition assistance partners opened on October 1st.

Returning families must complete and submit their application materials by Monday, December 1st.

New incoming families must complete and submit their application materials by Wednesday, December 17th.

Additional information regarding the financial assistance process and requirements is available here.
