Thank you for your interest in Concordia Preparatory School. Since 1965, Baltimore Lutheran and now Concordia Prep has offered challenging academics in a nurturing and close-knit learning community. Concordia Prep offers a unique faith-based education from grade 6 through 12 that strives to make the most of the best years of our students’ young lives. Founded in 1965 as the Baltimore Lutheran School, Concordia Prep prepares young men and women to face the challenges of college and life with confidence, integrity, and faith.
The educational foundation of Concordia Prep continues traditions handed down from Martin Luther himself. It is part of a global network of schools that share our inclusive and nurturing approach to learning.
The academic program is designed to seamlessly integrate middle and high school students to achieve academic excellence. Our seven-year structure makes it possible for us to offer each student individualized and sustained academic support over many years. With college courses available on campus and AP courses offered in most major academic subjects, top students find plenty to challenge them. Graduates go on to some of the finest colleges and universities in the country.
In addition to our excellent academic program, Concordia Prep offers an outstanding and diverse fine and performing arts program in addition to competitive sports teams for middle and high school students. The strong Lutheran values that underscore our mission encourage every student to discover and explore the whole self—academic, athletic, artistic, and spiritual.
Our success is attributable to our outstanding faculty, staff, and coaches, but also our alumni, without whose support we could not continue to prosper.
