Concordia Prep Welcomes New Head Softball Coach

Concordia Prep is excited to announce Ms. Amanda Myers as the new Head Varsity Softball Coach!
Coach Myers joined Concordia Prep at the start of the school year this past August as a faculty member in our science department. Having earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and in Forensic Chemistry at Towson University, she teaches chemistry classes along with other sciences, such as physics and introductory forensics.

With seven years of coaching experience and over 30 years as a softball player herself, Coach Myers is dedicated to helping student-athletes grow and develop a passion for the sport. She currently serves as a Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council (LTRC) softball coach as well as a travel coach for the LT Lazers that offers a travel program for young ladies to play fastpitch softball at a competitive level. In addition to coaching, she also serves as the commissioner for both LT Lazers and LTRC softball leagues.

"I’m incredibly excited to join the Concordia Prep team and serve our students both on and off the field," shared Coach Myers. "It’s a privilege to help our athletes grow in skill, character, and confidence. I’m looking forward to building a strong, supportive, and competitive softball program that reflects the values of Concordia Prep and brings out the best in every player."

Join us in welcoming Coach Myers to this coaching role and as a continued mission partner of our Saints community.
