You are encouraged to inquire at any point in your search. We understand each family has a unique timeline and circumstances related to their school search. That’s why our friendly Admission staff are accessible all year long to assist you wherever you are in the search process.

  • Admissions and Financial Assistance Application Due: Wednesday, December 17, 2025
  • Academic Records and Teacher Recommendations Due: Friday, January 16, 2026
  • Admissions Interviews (Scheduled Once Candidate File Completed): January and February 2026
  • Admissions Decision Day: Friday, February 20, 2026
  • New Saint Enrollment Application Due: Friday, March 6, 2026

Be a Saint for the Day!

Concordia Prep welcomes prospective students, boys and girls, interested in attending grades 6th-12th for a "Saint for a Day" experience at Concordia Preparatory School. It is our distinct pleasure to have your child get a sneak peek into the day of the life of a “Saint” and learn more about our community that is devoted to excellent education, leadership, and Christian Service. 

Upper School and Middle School "Saint for a Day" visits will begin on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. 

To sign up for a "Saint for a Day" visit, families will need to complete an Inquiry Form and have an "Admissions Checklist" assigned prior to scheduling the campus visit.

  • 8:45 am – 9:00 am:

    Prospective students and parents arrive (check-in at front office).

  • 9:00 am – 9:15 am:

    Welcome, meet and greet, student questionnaire, Q&A.

  • 9:15 am:

    Saint Ambassadors meet visiting students (off to class).

  • 9:15 am – 2:00 pm:

    Visiting students attend classes and lunch with Saint Ambassador.

  • 2:00 pm:

    Visiting students are picked up.

How Do I Sign Up for a Visit Day?

Step 1: Submit Online Inquiry Form
Complete our Inquiry Form to begin your Concordia Preparatory School admissions journey. By submitting this form, you will automatically receive important updates about admission events, the application process, and opportunities to schedule a visit.

Once your inquiry has been processed (please allow 24–48 hours), our Admissions Team will create an account for you in MyConcordia, our admissions portal.
Step 2: Accessing MyConcordia
Parents/guardians will use MyConcordia to:
  • View your candidate’s admissions checklist
  • Access the admissions timeline and due dates
  • Register for a “Saint for a Day” shadow visit
  • Sign up for admissions events
How To Log In
  • Use the email address you provided on the inquiry form as your username.
  • On the login screen, please do not create a new account or password. Instead:
    • Select “Sign in with Google” if you have a Gmail address, OR
    • Choose the appropriate email provider to “Sign in with” if you do not use Gmail.
  • Once signed in, your email will sync with the MyConcordia and Blackbaud (financial) portals, giving you access to your candidate’s admissions checklist.
Step 3: Scheduling a Visit
  • Navigate to the "Application Checklist" under Admissions Progress.
  • Select "Schedule a Visit" to view available dates on the calendar.
  • Select the day and time that works best for your family.
  • You will receive a confirmation email along with detailed guidelines to help you prepare for your visit.
