BOOST parent applications for the 2025–2026 school year are due tomorrow, Friday, May 9th. This due date cannot be extended. Families of renewal students, which are students who received a BOOST scholarship for this 2024-2025 school year are also reminded to submit an application by this Friday.
Picnic Day with Relaxed Dress Tomorrow
Friday, May 9th is Picnic Day. Students will attend a half day of classes and spend the afternoon participating in games and activities sponsored by the SGA. Dismissal is at the normal time of 2:55 pm.
Students will have a free dress-down day. Attire must be clean, neat, and modest. Please consult the handbook for relaxed dress guidelines. To participate, students should dress in their class colors:
- 12th Grade- Black
- 11th Grade- Red
- 10th Grade- Gray
- 9th Grade- White
- 8th Grade- Purple
- 7th Grade- Blue
- 6th Grade- Orange
Remember that if students did submit an order form to purchase Chick-fil-A by this past Friday, May 2nd, that they should bring their lunch with them to school on Friday.
Check Lost and Found Items by Tomorrow
Please check the lost and found shelves at the Middle School front entrance and in the Front Office by this Friday, May 9th, for any missing items. All unclaimed items will be donated.
Spring Concert and Fine Arts Festival Monday
This year's Spring Concert will be held this upcoming Monday, May 12th at 7:00 p.m. in Saints Gym. This is a wonderful showcase of our student musicians. All music groups, choral and instrument, from the Middle and Upper Schools will participate. Join us for a wonderful evening of music!
Middle School Dance Tomorrow Night
Middle School students are invited to the "Meet Me at Midnight" Middle School Dance this Friday, May 9th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria. This semi-formal event will be a fun evening for students with music, snacks, and a photo booth. Students are expected to adhere to the
dress code guidelines for this event. Permission forms and payments for tickets were due yesterday.
8th Grade Shirts Still Available
There is a limited number of Class of 2029 shirts available for purchase ($10.00 each). Please see Mrs. Calheira to purchase your shirt.
8th Grade Affirmation Service on May 30th
A Service of Affirmation to celebrate the Concordia Prep 8th grade class is scheduled for Friday, May 30th, at 6:30 pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Loch Raven Boulevard and Belvedere Avenue. Additional details about this event were emailed to 8th grade families this week. Please contact Mr. Miller with any questions.
Upper School
Luther the SAINT Bernard Mascot - Applications Due Monday
We are excited to invite Upper School students to express interest in becoming the Concordia Prep mascot and, in turn, becoming a part of the School's legacy.
The mascot application must be submitted by next Monday, May 12th. Additionally, students are required to ask a Concordia Prep faculty or staff member to complete a recommendation form by next Monday, May 12th. Hard copies of the form are available in the Main Office on the display wall. All recommendation forms should be turned into the Communications Office in the Main Office or placed in Mrs. Evans' mailbox in the Front Office.
Class of 2025: Leave Your Mark and College Shirt Day on Monday
Seniors should plan to join their graduating Class of 2025 for a late morning graduation celebration on Monday, May 12th during Advisory at Pebble Beach. There will be car-decorating, a group photo of all seniors (don't forget to wear your college shirts!), hot dogs and snacks, and other special activities to make your mark at Concordia Prep. Seniors

Summer Technology Course: Register by June 13th
Students going into 9th grade or above may register for an online 21st Century Technology summer course. The course will run from June 30th through August 8th. This course option will free up a student's schedule to take other classes during the new school year. It is not required to take this over the summer. The fee for the course is $395. To register, students' families should
contact Ms. Bainbridge no later than Friday, June 13th.
