Exam Reminders
- If there is no exam administered for a course, the student is not required to attend for that exam session.
- Once a student arrives on campus, they must remain on campus until the completion of their last exam for the day. Students may not leave campus between exams.
- If a student is on campus but does not have an exam, they must be in the Cafeteria at all times.
- If a student arrives late to an exam, they will not receive extra time to complete the exam.
- Students will stay in their exam room until the completion of the exam period. They should bring something to read or study should they finish early.
- Students will follow CP dress code guidelines in order to be granted entrance to the exam. A dress code violation will be considered an unexcused absence, and the student will not be admitted until the violation is corrected. All missed exam time is considered unexcused.
- Any request to change an exam schedule will be granted only under extreme circumstances and must be approved by both the course instructor and the Upper School Principal.
- All electronic devices which students bring into the exam room will be collected by the exam proctor prior to the beginning of the exam and will be returned at the end of the exam period.

Course Requests Due Today!
Course requests are open for grades 9-12 next school year. Returning students should go into Course Requests and select their available courses for next year based on teacher recommendations. Students will also need to select their electives to fill their schedules. All selections should be made by today, Tuesday, June 9th.
Remember, these are requests. Schedules will be created based on teacher availability and co
urse interest. If students have any questions about next year's courses, they should email Mrs. Jahnke or speak with their teachers directly.
Pick Up Your Student Medications Today
Any students with medications kept here at the school will need to have their designated family member pick up their student's medications from the School Nurse. Medications can be picked up before school or after dismissal on the last day of school next Tuesday, June 9th.
Families will need to sign an acknowledgement of receipt at time of pick-up. Medications will not be sent home with students.
All medications must be picked up and signed for by next Friday, June 12th at the latest. After that date, all medications will be properly disposed of in accordance with medical guidelines. Please contact the School Nurse

New Summer at Concordia Prep Programs Added!
The School is excited to offer Summer at Concordia Prep, a variety of camp programs this summer for students ages 7 through 12th grade with wide interests and passions. We have recently added new camp programs, including girls flag football, Spanish camp, and a speed and strength camp designed specifically for middle schoolers.
Registration and specific camp information are available on our website.
Join Your Saints at The Yard
Saints community members are invited to join the School for the Baltimore Orioles game on Thursday, July 9th at 6:35 p.m. as the O's take on the Chicago Cubs. The evening game is "Christian Faith Night" at Camden Yards, featuring Orioles player testimonials and a postgame concert. Additionally, we will again be remembering Mr. Gary Barth '75, former colleague, coach, teacher, and friend, who enjoyed gathering people together in fellowship, especially to cheer on our O's to a win. Let's go, O's!
Limited Tickets Available
Limited tickets in the shaded area of the Upper Deck in Section 346 are available for $25.00 each.
All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, July 1st. Tickets only include admittance to the ballpark and do not include any concessions. Attendees should plan accordingly. All purchased tickets will be emailed to the purchasing individual after ticket sales close.
Available Transportation Options for Next School Year
Because our students come from all over Maryland, we understand that getting to school can sometimes be a challenge. Therefore, Concordia Preparatory School is pleased to offer several options for the 2026-2027 school year:
- Saints Family Carpool: The Admissions Office coordinates a "carpool contact list" for families to connect with other families that are interested in organizing carpools for transportation to and from campus for the school year. Interested families should complete this online interest form.
- Two Established Bus Routes: For several years now, the School has offered two established bus routes (Catonsville and Harford County) that will provide transportation to and from school during the school year. Review the terms and conditions and register for either of these routes.
- Shuttlebee Partnership: The School has partnered with Shuttlebee for families this upcoming school year to build additional cost-effective and more flexible routes that serve the greatest number of students based on families' schedules. If families haven't already, please complete this interest form and Shuttlebee will contact you regarding next steps.
Summer Work Available This Week
Required summer work for returning students will be available later this week in their
MyConcordia account in the "Resources" tab. Please note that the listed courses and grades are for those entering that course or grade, not a completed course or grade. For example, Latin II would be for students who will be taking Latin II in the fall.
