Register for Summer at Concordia Prep
The School is excited to offer Summer at Concordia Prep, a variety of camp programs this summer for students ages 7 through 12th grade with wide interests and passions. Registration and specific camp information are available on our website.

Available Transportation Options
Because our students come from all over Maryland, we understand that getting to school can sometimes be a challenge. Therefore, Concordia Preparatory School is pleased to offer several options for the 2026-2027 school year:
  • Saints Family Carpool: The Admissions Office coordinates a "carpool contact list" for families to connect with other families that are interested in organizing carpools for transportation to and from campus for the school year. Interested families should complete this online interest form.
  • Two Established Bus Routes:  For several years now, the School has offered two established bus routes (Catonsville and Harford County) that will provide transportation to and from school during the school year. Review the terms and conditions and register for either of these routes.
  • Shuttlebee Partnership: The School has partnered with Shuttlebee for families this upcoming school year to build additional cost-effective and more flexible routes that serve the greatest number of students based on families' schedules. If families haven't already, please complete this interest form and Shuttlebee will contact you regarding next steps.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle School Field Trips on Monday
All Middle School students will be going on field trips by grade to different locations (6th Grade-Downtown Baltimore; 7th Grade- Washington, DC; 8th Grade- Philadelphia) on Monday, May 18th. Payment to participate in the field trip was due yesterday, Wednesday, May 13th. The cost is $55.00 per student. Students who have not submitted payment will not be allowed to attend the trip. Those students should remain at home on Monday, May 18th, due to Middle School faculty being on field trips with the rest of the class. Additional details specific to each grade was distributed via email to families.

Middle School Performance Review Testing on May 21st
Next Thursday, May 21st, Middle School students will be taking a performance review test during the first few periods of the school day. These tests will provide an additional assessment for insights of their academic performance and support future learning. Students should bring #2 pencils and their personal devices fully charged today for testing. Also, students who are enrolled in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Honors Geometry may use a calculator. Please contact Mr. Berger or Mr. Miller with any questions.
Eighth Grade Affirmation Service on Friday, May 29th
The Concordia Prep Eighth Grade Affirmation Service will be held on Friday, May 29th at 6:00 p.m. on campus in Saints Gym. During this service, we will have the opportunity to affirm our 8th Grade students as they prepare to leave the halls of the Concordia Prep Middle School and take the next step in their lives – moving on to the Concordia Prep Upper School or attending high school elsewhere. This service honors the role that God and family have played in the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual growth of each student. It gives all of us an opportunity to acknowledge God’s hand in all aspects of our lives, but especially in the lives of our soon-to-be high school students.

All 8th Grade students should attend the Affirmation Service. It is expected that the students come to this service in clean, neat, and modest attire. Young ladies should wear a skirt and blouse or a dress. Young men should be in dress slacks, an Oxford-style shirt, and tie and should not wear jeans, polo shirts, or sneakers. Students should plan to arrive by 5:30 p.m. and report to the Cafeteria.

There should be ample room for all guests attending this service, so there will not be a limit to the number of invited guests. A light reception will follow the service. We hope that you will plan to stay for a few moments to congratulate each of our 8th Grade students on a job well done while attending Concordia Prep Middle School.
