Information for Students with New Personal Devices
If a student received a new personal device during Christmas break to use at school, they will use the same network login credentials as they used on their previous device. The student will not be required to register the new device with the Technology Office; however, the office is happy to assist students before school or during Advisory, if needed.
Boathouse Jacket Orders Due Today
Concordia Prep School boathouse jackets, which are part of the CPS uniform, are now available to purchase online for $121.00 plus shipping and handling. Orders must be received by the end of the day today, Friday, January 10th, and will be delivered directly to your homes.

Spring Musical Auditions-Sign-Ups Available!
Whether on stage, in the pit, or behind the scenes, musical auditions for Big Fish are open to all students in grades 6-12. If auditioning for an on-stage role, students must sign up for a 10-minute audition time slot; the sign-up sheet is located outside of Room 207. Sign-up appointments are required for auditions. Vocal and Acting: January 15th and 16th from 3:15 - 6:00 p.m., Music Room
Everyone will complete a range test and read from the script. A memorized monologue is not necessary. Audition sides/readings are located in the MyConcordia portal in the Big Fish folder under "Theatre Group". If interested in a lead role, please prepare one of the audition songs saved in that folder as well. See Mr. Kesar in the Music Room for a hard copy.
Dance: January 17th from 3:15 - 4:00 p.m., Black Box Theatre
Everyone interested in auditioning needs to attend the dance portion of auditions in the Black Box Theatre. No experience necessary.
Call-Backs: January 17th from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m., Music Room
Students will be notified if they should attend call-backs. For call-backs, students will be asked to sing a preselected song associated with the character(s) they are being called back. Call-back songs can be found in the Theatre group in the MyConcordia portal.
Bull & Oyster Roast Tickets Still Available!
All members of the Saints community are invited to join the School Alumni Association at the Annual Bull and Oyster Roast on Saturday, January 25th from 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. at Rosedale Gardens. Tickets include a huge buffet with soda and draft beer. DJ, door prizes, raffles, 50/50 drawing, and more will be available! Proceeds from the evening will go towards the Alumni Scholarship Fund. Tickets are $55 per person or $550 for a table of 10 through next Wednesday, January 15th.

Class of 2025 Banners
Over the last few years, the Parent-Teacher League (PTL) has offered the opportunity for graduating students' families to purchase a senior banner. The banners will be displayed in the school hallways beginning in March to celebrate our graduating class and will be returned home before graduation day. Banners are 32" x 15" and are $30.00 per banner. To place your order,

Save the Date for the SnowBALL Winter Formal!
Upper School students are invited to attend the SnowBALL winter formal on Saturday, February 1st from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. in the Saints Gym. Formal attire required. Students should refer to the handbook regarding appropriate formal attire. Tickets are $10 per person and will be sold starting Wednesday, January 22nd during Class 1 in the Main Office, most Upper School lunch periods, and after school in Room 217. Students can pay with cash, check, or online.
Guest passes are required for any non-Concordia Prep students and are due by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29th. Hard copies can be picked up in the Main Office.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Available for Class of 2025
FAFSA has officially opened as of December 1st for rising college students and is the gateway to unlocking financial aid for your student’s college education. It determines eligibility for grants, scholarships, work-study opportunities, and federal student loans. Completing the FAFSA is a critical first step in helping your student afford higher education, and many schools award aid on a first-come, first-served basis—so act quickly!
