Saints Student Raffle Fundraiser - 3 More Days!
As the School continues into its 60th founding year, we are celebrating our continued growth through the A Bold Legacy capital campaign! Each student is challenged to sell 20 raffle tickets ($10 each ticket) thru this Sunday, November 16th at 6:59 p.m. to support this cause with some exciting incentives for individual students, classes, and raffle purchasers along the way. Learn more and support the fundraiser today!
 
Saints Bingo ​Tonight! Get Your Tickets ASAP
Saints Bingo is back on campus featuring designer bags, such as Dooney & Bourke, Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and more. Bingo will be held in the Saints Gym tomorrow, Friday, November 14th from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm with doors opening at 6:00 pm. Purchase your tickets and sponsorships here! Please contact Advancement with any questions.

Christmas-Themed Art Submissions Due Sunday
We are seeking original student artwork to use for this year’s concert programs, Christmas card, and other marketing purposes, such as social media posts, during the Advent season. Open to all current Middle and Upper School students, submissions should be Christmas-related in theme, a positive representation of the School, and adhere to School policies outlined in the handbook. 
 
Submissions are limited to one per student and can be any art medium (i.e., painting, photography, mixed media, digital, sculpture, etc.). All submissions will be voted on by faculty prior to Thanksgiving break to determine the featured pieces. Online submissions are due by midnight this Sunday, November 16th via this link. Artwork that is labeled with the student’s full name and grade may also be placed in Mrs. Evans' mailbox in the Front Office or brought to her office in the Main Office by tomorrow, Friday, November 14th.
 
Orders Available for Concordia Prep Boathouse Jackets 
Boathouse jackets are an approved outerwear item and now available to purchase via this link through Sunday, December 14th. These will be mailed directly to the student's home in mid-February once the site has closed. Order boathouse jackets here.
 
Vendors Needed!
The Concordia Preparatory School Music Department is once again hosting A Concordia Prep Christmas from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Saints Gym. Designed for our community as a Christmas event with many festive activities, Concordia Prep students along with students from other local Lutheran schools will perform holiday songs. In addition to music, A Concordia Prep Christmas will include the annual Christmas Cookie Walk, winter art show, Little Buddy’s Workshop for elementary-aged children and younger, and vendor tables. Interested in being a vendor? Please complete this online form and agreement and submit $20.00 by Monday, November 24th.
 
Fine Arts Scholarship Applications for Next School Year
Tuition assistance is available for eligible families through a variety of resources, including financial aid, merit and academic scholarships, external scholarships, and discounts. The Concordia Prep Fine Arts Scholarships recognize outstanding students, new and returning, who demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication, and achievement across the visual and performing arts. Learn more and apply by Wednesday, December 17th. Additional information about assistance opportunities can be found on the school website and MyConcordia resource boards. 
 
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Roller Skate Get-Together RSVPs Due This Sunday
Concordia Prep Middle School will be hosting a skating get-together on Friday, November 21st from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Skateland (8019 Belair Road, Nottingham, MD 21236) for an evening of skating fun and fellowship with classmates. Skating tickets are $10.00 per student. Payment should be placed in an envelope, marked with the student's first and last name along with grade, and turned into Mrs. Calheira or Mr. Miller by Tuesday, November 18th at the latest.
 
At this time, all students must provide their own transportation to and from the event; however, we do have limited space available for 20 students for those interested in utilizing School-offered transportation for an additional $5.00 fee. If interested in using school transportation, please note so on the form below and provide payment for $15.00. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who complete the RSVP and submit full payment. 
 
Students should also wear comfortable shoes with socks to this event. Socks are required to participate. Please make sure that you review the Skateland facilities policies as well.
 
Middle School families should complete the RSVP form by Sunday, November 16th. Payment must be submitted by Tuesday, November 18th. Please contact Mrs. Calheira with any questions.
 
UPPER SCHOOL
Class of 2027 R​ing Orders Due December 1st
Juniors should order their class rings thru December 1st. Orders must be placed by this date so that it arrives in time for the traditional Junior Ring Ceremony on Saturday, March 14th. Orders can be placed for basic school rings or customized school rings.  
 
Submit Your Class of 2026 Baby Photos
Senior families are now able to upload their favorite photo of their graduating students. These will be included in the yearbook as well as other marketing pieces during graduation celebration events in the spring. Families should upload baby photos of their seniors by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6th.
