New Student-Parent Orientation, Monday, August 21, 2023 – Two Sessions
Students Only Session – 8:30 am – 12:00 pm | Parents-Guardians Session – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Who Should Attend: ALL 6th-grade, and NEW 7th and 8th-grade students, ALL 9th-grade, and NEW 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students.
Arrival: Students may arrive at 8:00 am and should be picked up by 12:30 pm.
Dress Code: Students should be in their CPS uniform. See the New Dress Code Revisions information on the school website for more details: 2023-2024 Dress Code Revisions
What to Bring:
- School supplies to store in their school locker.
- The personal device they will use for the school year will be registered onto the school's network.
- A snack and a clear refillable water bottle. No lunch is provided on orientation day.
Schedules and Instructions: Students will receive their class schedule, Wi-Fi instructions/login access, and OnCampus login credentials/access.

Parents-Guardians Session – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm* Update

The New Student Orientation for students only on Monday, August 21 at 8:30 am, will go on as planned. New students should plan to be on campus from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and get ready for a great start to their journey at Concordia Prep.

Due to the forecast of very hot conditions on Monday evening, the Parent-Guardian orientation has been transitioned to an informal, optional event. We would like to still welcome our new parents to campus next Monday, August 21, between 6:30 – 8:00 pm, but parents are not required to attend. There will be no formal presentation. Instead, the information concerning the drop-off and pick-up procedures, parking, school dress code, EDP, and OnCampus access will be emailed in a communication to you next Monday.

On Monday evening, parents, guardians, and students are welcome to stop by and meet with me and members of the administrative team to ask any questions. Parents may bring school supplies to store in the student's school locker and assist with combination confidence. The PTL will be selling spirit wear and used uniforms beginning at 6:00 pm in front of the school and be available until 7:30 pm. NOTE: The PTL will also be selling spirit wear and used uniforms during Back-to-School night on Thursday, September 7, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm if you do not attend Monday evening.
