We are beyond excited to welcome our new students and families into the Saints community! This website has been designed to assist you, our newest Saints, prepare for the 2025-2026 school year.  Please bookmark this page and check back frequently as updates will be posted throughout the spring and summer months.

  • Placement Testing Registration

    All new students for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year are required to take the School placement test. 
     
    We are offering two Saturday dates (May 17th and June 7th) for placement testing. New students only need to sign up for one (1) placement test date. 
     
    Placement Test Registration
    Please complete the required placement test registration, which will include selecting your preferred date and answering general questions about your student's academic history. This will provide the School with specific needed information in advance of the placement test and in preparation for creating your student's course schedule.

    9:15 - 9:30 a.m.:  Students Arrive to Campus
    9:45 a.m.:  Math Placement Test Administered
    11:00 a.m.:  English Placement Test Administered
    12:00 p.m.:  Placement Testing Completed; Students Picked Up
    *12:15 -1:15 p.m.:  Spanish Placement Test Administered
    *Only Incoming 9th-12th Grade students interested in taking Level II Spanish or higher
  • Records Release Form

    Students who have enrolled in Concordia Prep will need to submit an “Enrolled Student's Records Release Form”. While we received your student’s records during the application process, we now need all academic (including final report cards) and medical records from their current school.

    Please download the Enrolled Student's Records Release Form and return the completed form to the Concordia Prep School Admissions team either via mail or email.
  • Health Information

    All new students are required to submit an immunization certificate and a physical exam form annually. Any students interested in trying out for sports will need to have a physical on file along with medical forms before they are permitted to participate in tryouts, practices, or games. 
     
    All medical information and forms should be uploaded into your student's MyConcordia portal by Monday, August 1, 2025.  This will become available on the MyConcordia portal beginning May 1st for all new families.

  • Dress Code

    Dress code policies and guidelines are available in the student handbook. Vendor information and details about dress code guidelines are noted below for both Middle and Upper School students at Concordia Prep. This document also provides images of approved vs. not approved dress code items.

    Lands’ End (Preferred School Number: 900101890) is the provider of uniforms for students at Concordia Preparatory School; however, Concordia Prep does allow families the option of using other vendors outside of Lands' End for dress pants and dress shirts.

    Lands' End remains the sole provider of uniform items:
    • Polo shirts (short and long-sleeved shirts) that include a School-approved embroidered logo
    • Sweaters with a School-approved embroidered logo
    • Skorts and shorts
    Middle School: Middle School dress code permits the option of students using outside vendors beyond Lands' End for dress pants.

    Upper School:
    Upper School students will have the option to use outside vendors beyond Lands' End for:
    • Pants – Students may wear blue, black, tan, or khaki-colored pants.
    • Dress Shirts – Students may wear white or powder blue button-down dress shirts. Bowties and ties are optional for ladies and men.
    Upper School boys are required to wear a dress shirt with or without a tie.

    Outerwear for All Students
    There are three Concordia Prep outwear items that are included in the School dress code: a boathouse jacket, a black quarter-zip fleece, and a gray crewneck sweatshirt. Additionally, students are able to wear a blue or black sport coats/blazers.

    The Concordia Prep boathouse jacket store will in late spring with families being notified via email. Once available, that link will be posted here.

    Black Fleeces
    Students can purchase Concordia Prep black quarter-zip fleeces from the Lands' End website as part of the approved outerwear.

    Gray Crewneck Sweatshirts
    Students can purchase Concordia Prep gray sweatshirts as part of the approved outerwear. Additional ordering information, including the purchase link, will be available later this spring.

    Footwear
    Students are not allowed to walk on the heels of their Sperry’s and that will be enforced as a uniform infraction next year. 
  • Fall Sports Tryouts

    Concordia Prep teams participate in the MIAA Conference for boys' teams and the IAAM Conference for girls' teams. Tryouts for fall sports at Concordia Prep will begin in August for Upper School students in accordance with conference guidelines.

    Please note the following start dates for tryouts below with exact times be announced later this summer:
    • Football:  Monday, August 4, 2025
    • Boys Soccer: Wednesday, August 6, 2025
    • Cheer: Friday, August 15, 2025
    • Girls Soccer: Friday, August 15, 2025
    • Girls Volleyball: Friday, August 15, 2025
    Middle School fall sports, which includes flag football, soccer, and volleyball, will begin after Labor Day.
  • Bus Routes for 2025-2026

    Concordia Prep offers bus transportation to and from the School for families that live in the Harford County and Catonsville areas. Bus transportation is a separate fee paid annually either via payment plan or in full for a discount. 

    A bus transportation interest form for the 2025-2026 school year will be available in May. 
  • Schedules and Books

    Schedules will be distributed during the new student orientation night in late August. During the evening, staff members will provide information regarding school policy and practice and other information to help you transition at Concordia Prep. Students will have time to locate their lockers, try out locker combinations, stow school supplies, receive individual schedules, and briefly visit classes.

    All students will receive school supply requirements from their teachers on the first few days of classes. Please come prepared on the first day of school with general school supplies, such as notebooks, binders, folders, pens, and pencils, along with your personal device.
  • Personal Device and Technology Information

    Concordia Preparatory School has a personal device policy that permits both Middle and Upper School students to bring their own device for use during the school day. The School does not provide devices for daily student use; however, limited loaner devices are available should there be a need during the school year.

    For the 2025-2026 school year for new students across all grade levels, the School will not recognize iPads and other non-Windows tablets as acceptable personal devices due to various network and software compatibility issues. Additionally, any laptops running the “Windows 10” operating system will no longer be considered an acceptable personal device and will not be supported by the Technology Office. 

    Acceptable Personal Devices
    The School recommends the following for student personal devices:
    • Windows 11 laptop
    • Apple MacBook
    • Microsoft Surface
    A new, optional device purchasing portal is now available for families to provide examples of acceptable personal devices and assist with preparing for students' transition to Concordia Prep.

    Personal Device Requirements
    Before the August New Student Orientation, please ensure your student's personal device is set up for the school year.
    • Install the Google Chrome web browser 
    • Disable any parental controls and verify the device password
      • Your student will need to add a new user account during orientation. If the student cannot add the user account due to parental controls or an unknown passcode, the student will not be able to set up and configure their Concordia Prep technology accounts successfully.
    All students have receive FREE access to the Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. New students will receive more information at the beginning of the school year on how to install and access the software on their personal devices.
