For those families that purchased the Concordia Prep gray sweatshirts at the beginning of the school year, the School has now received them and will finish distributing orders today to students.

 

If you were not able to order a sweatshirt at the beginning of the year, we have opened the store again! Please place any new orders here by Sunday, December 22nd. Once the site has closed, the orders will be processed and should have them delivered in January following Christmas break.

It’s time to order your 2024 Concordia Prep School Christmas ornament! The Parent-Teacher League (PTL) has a limited number of ornaments available for sale. Each ornament is $15.00. Order here.

There will be a relaxed dress day today, Friday, December 6th. Please consult the handbook for relaxed dress guidelines. To participate, the donation is $5.00 cash. No electronic payments will be accepted. Payments will be collected that morning. The raised money will be used to provide support for the LMS Compassion Place. Learn more about this wonderful ministry.

 

A Concordia Prep Christmas is a traditional event for all community members to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season while contributing to the Concordia Prep School Music Department fundraiser. This event offers attendees the opportunity to watch Concordia Prep student music ensemble group performances, participate in the annual Christmas Cookie Walk, view student artwork on display, and take care of some shopping at vendor and craft tables. Additionally, students will be hosting a toy drive and the PTL will be selling spirit wear. Please contact the Music Department with any questions.

 

The Concordia Preparatory School Music Department Christmas Concert will be held on Tuesday, December 10th from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. This is a culmination event of all our student choir and music ensembles.

 

Concordia Preparatory School is partnering with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment for the 2025-2026 school year. All Concordia Prep families must complete an online financial assistance application each year to be eligible for financial assistance consideration and to potentially have current financial awards reapplied for the next school year. Additional information regarding the financial assistance process and requirements are available here.

 

The Middle School Drama Showcase and Coffee House will be held tomorrow, Friday, December 6th from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Black Box Theatre. This event is an opportunity for all of the drama students to participate in a theatre performance. This live performance will include a variety of scenes, monologues, and more! Light refreshments, including coffee, hot chocolate, and treats, will be available for purchase. The students will be working hard throughout the night to provide the absolute best experience for attendees!
