Reminders for This Week: School will be closed for Thanksgiving Break beginning this Wednesday, November 27th. School will resume on a regular schedule on Monday, December 2nd.

Are You Missing Something? Check the Lost and Found Items by Friday, December 13th!
The lost and found area in the Front Office has grown over the past few weeks. If students have misplaced anything in the last few weeks, they should stop by the Front Office to double check. We will be donating any uncollected items by the end of the school day on Friday, December 13th.

Let's "Met" for Breakfast in December
The Class of 2025 will be selling breakfast items by the gazebo in the mornings next week. Open to all Middle and Upper School students, the proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for the Met Gala-themed Senior Prom.
The schedule is posted below and additional information will be coming soon regarding pricing.
- Monday, December 2nd - Thursday, December 5th: 7:30 - 8:20 a.m.
- Friday, December 6th: 9:30 - 10:20 a.m. (School has a late start at 10:00 a.m.)
Relaxed Dress Day to Support Compassion Place
There will be a relaxed dress day next Friday, December 6th. To participate, the donation is $5.00 cash. No electronic payments will be accepted. Payments will be collected that morning. The raised money will be used to provide support for Compassion Place. Please consult the handbook for relaxed dress guidelines.
A Concordia Prep Christmas: Last Day for Vendor Applications is Today!
A Concordia Prep Christmas is a traditional event for all community members to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season while contributing to the Concordia Prep School Music Department fundraiser. This free event offers attendees the opportunity to watch Concordia Prep student music ensemble group performances, participate in the annual Christmas Cookie Walk, view student artwork on display, and take care of some shopping at vendor and craft tables.
Vendors Needed: Vendors are invited to purchase a space for $20 to sell goods (non-food items only) and handmade items. If interested, please use this link to complete the vendor application and agreement by TODAY, Monday, November 25th. Questions? Please contact the Music Department with any questions.
Christmas Concert on Tuesday, December 10th
The Concordia Preparatory School Music Department Christmas Concert will be held on Tuesday, December 10th from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Additional information will be distributed soon!
Middle School
Middle School Drama Showcase and Coffee House on December 6th
The Middle School Drama Showcase and Coffee House will be held on Friday, December 6th from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Black Box Theatre. This event is an opportunity for all of the drama students to participate in a theatre performance. This live performance will include a variety of scenes, monologues, and more! Light refreshments, including coffee, hot chocolate, and treats, will be available for purchase. The students will be working hard throughout the night to provide the absolute best experience for attendees!
Upper School
Study Sessions for Midterm Exams
Concordia Prep is offering three study sessions to Upper School students to help them prepare for their midterm exams! All sessions will take place from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Bridges Media Center on the dates below with noted topics:
- Wednesday, December 4th: Study Skills
- Tuesday, December 10th: Test-Taking Strategies
- Thursday, December 12th: Strategies to Navigate Test Anxieties
CONCORDIA PREPping with Pancakes
Upper School students are invited to prepare for a successful start of exams with a hearty pancake and juice breakfast on their first day of midterm exams on Tuesday, December 17th. Concordia Prep administrators will be making and serving pancakes that morning from 7:30 - 8:20 a.m. in the Cafeteria. To participate, students must check in first with their advisory class once arriving on campus and then check out with their advisor before attending the event. Many blessings and much success to all students with their exams!
Exam Schedules Available
The exam schedule begins on Tuesday, December 17th through Friday, December 20th. The School dismisses at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) each exam day. Please note the schedule and additional information.
