CPS Black Fleece Jackets- Now Available for Purchase!
Concordia Prep School black fleece jackets, which are part of the CPS uniform, are now available to purchase online for $50.00. Orders must be received by the end of the day on Sunday, September 29th. Order here.
Technology Office Updates- Student Devices
- Students must sign out school Chromebooks for the day by 8:30 am (Middle School) and by 9:00 am (Upper School).
- Middle School students should see Ms. Chaffman in Room 314 to borrow a school device for the day.
- Upper School students should see Mrs. Hauf in the Front Office.
- Students cannot borrow a daily loaner device after 9:00 am unless the student has an excused tardy or we have a modified class schedule (i.e., a two-hour delay).
- Students cannot borrow any chargers or power cords from the Technology Office.
- Students with broken personal devices can temporarily borrow a school Chromebook in a protective case from the Technology Office for up to 3 weeks with parental consent.
- All students should download and install the Chrome web browser on their personal devices. Please see the email from Mrs. Trapani for installation instructions.
Diversity Seminars
Students will be completing Diversity Seminars this month during Advisory in the Media Center. After checking in with their advisor, students should go to the Media Center.

Picture Day for Grades 6-11th on Thursday, September 26th
CPS students in grades 6-11 will have their photos taken in the gym on Thursday, September 26th throughout the day.
No order form or payment is due on Picture Day. Concordia Prep families can learn more about purchasing their student's photographs and other order information here.
Saints Spirit Cookout on Saturday, September 28th
The Saints Spirit Cookout is a community event for the whole family and will take place on Saturday, September 28, from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the CPS Quad. There will be food and drinks provided as well as a Spirit Wear and gently used uniforms sale, raffles, and giveaways.
And stay afterwards to cheer on the Saints football team as they take on Loyola with a noon kickoff on Saints Field! Raffle winners will be announced during halftime.

Invitation to Join The Tech-Wise Family Small Group Huddle
God made us to live in community, yet despite all the advancements in technology that connect us in ways we never dreamed of, people are experiencing more loneliness and disconnection from others than ever before. How do we live a tech-wise life and experience community in a world of distraction, noise and escapism?
This small group huddle for families with middle or high school students will help you evaluate your own lives and homes and create conversations with those in your household in order to use technology with intention and care. Learn more and register here.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle School Movie Night on September 27th- Payment Due Today!
All Middle School students are invited to a Movie Night on Friday, September 27th from 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. on the Quad (Rain location: Gym). Snacks will be provided, and the movie title will be announced later today! Students are encouraged to bring a blanket or folding chair.
Cost is $10 to participate. Please place payment in an envelope with the student’s name and grade on the outside. All payments must be turned into Ms. Calheira or Mr. Miller by TODAY, Friday, September 20th. If your Middle School student plans on attending this event, we would ask that you complete this permission form.

Saints Sunrise Service for Classes of 2025 and 2026 on Next Friday
The PTL is excited to host the Annual Sunrise Service on Friday, September 27th, in collaboration with Pastor Couser. Senior and junior students should arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. The sunrise is 6:59 a.m., which is when we will begin the worship service. Breakfast will be provided.
