Welcome, Saints Families!
The involvement of our Saints families are the key to our student’s success and to the advancement of the Concordia Prep community. Our families serve as not only mission partners but an essential component in the overall success of their students as they become the best versions of themselves as a Concordia Prep Saint.
Our faculty and staff are here to work alongside with you to keep you informed to support your student, including a variety of resources noted below.
About the PTL
The PTL provides assistance to the School community through their volunteer efforts throughout the school year. They provide hospitality at Open House, organize faculty appreciation events, organize the kick-off for the senior count-down to graduation, and much more.
The PTL holds open meetings each month during the school year to discuss upcoming events, host dialogue with administration, and support our Saints. Additionally, they offer several Spirit wear items as a fundraiser year-round on the Saints Store and coordinate a gently used uniform sale twice a year.
There are many leadership opportunities and ways to serve and support this essential champions of our community. Contact the PTL to learn about ways you can get involved. All are welcome!

MyConcordia
Concordia Prep uses an online learning platform called MyConcordia that serves as a one-stop resource for our families. This platform provides families access to their students' academic schedules, campus resources, dress code information, and communications from the school. Please contact the Technology Office at helpdesk@concordiaprepschool.org should you need assistance with accessing your MyConcordia login credentials.
Daily and Weekly Correspondence
The School communicates regularly through MyConcordia as well as emails. The "Concordia Prep Weekly Update" e-newsletter is distributed each Thursday throughout the school year. Additionally, families receive monthly emails during the summer to prepare for the upcoming school year. Archived announcements and e-newsletters can be found on the "Resource Board" section of MyConcordia. Please contact the Communications Office at news@concordiaprepschool.org if you need assistance.
Daily Announcements
Daily announcements include important information about school news, activities, and calendar items. These messages are distributed via MyConcordia with archived announcements found under the "Resources" tab. Families are encouraged to check their communications preferences to receive email or text alerts for daily announcements along with other School communications (i.e., emergency alerts, missing assignments, etc.).
Social Media
The School often posts information, upcoming due dates, calendar reminders, and student recognitions on its social media platforms. Make sure to follow us!
