About

All to the Glory of God.

At Concordia Prep, we believe that education is more than just academics—it is about empowering students to become faith-guided individuals, equipped with the confidence, compassion, integrity, and critical thinking skills needed to navigate higher education and life following their time here at the School.

The educational foundation of Concordia Prep continues traditions handed down from Rev. Martin Luther, German priest, theologian, and founder of the Lutheran Church, himself. As a sponsored school of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, the School is part of a global network of schools that share the foundational belief that education should address the whole person.

Our dedicated faculty and staff are passionate about creating an immersive learning environment where curiosity and creativity are celebrated. The academic curriculum is designed to seamlessly integrate Middle and Upper School student coursework to achieve academic excellence. Our seven-year structure makes it possible for us to offer each student individualized and sustained academic support over many years. With college courses available on campus and AP courses offered in most major academic subjects, top students find plenty to challenge them. Saints graduates go on to some of the finest colleges and universities in the country.

“For over 60 years, our mission has prepared our students to advance their educational and faith journeys as servant leaders in our communities and to become the best versions of themselves as brothers and sisters in Christ.”

Mr. Brent Johnson

Headmaster

In addition to our excellent academic program, Concordia Prep offers an outstanding and diverse fine and performing arts program in addition to competitive athletics teams for both Middle and Upper School students. The strong Lutheran values that underscore our mission encourage every student to discover and explore the whole self—academic, athletic, artistic, and spiritual.

Our success is attributable to our outstanding faculty and staff but also our alumni whose continued support allows the School to prosper. As a community, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration. We believe that strong partnerships between families, staff, and students are the foundation of our success. Together, we create a safe and supportive learning environment where every student feels seen, heard, and empowered to succeed.

We invite you to explore our website, visit our campus, and learn more about what makes it such a great time to be a Concordia Prep Saint. On behalf of our faculty, staff, and students, I look forward to welcoming you into our Saints community!

In Christ,

Mr. Brent Johnson, Headmaster
