Defining Our Legacy
In August of 2023, the Concordia Prep Board of Directors enacted a Strategic Plan to guide the school's future over the next five years. This plan identifies challenges and provides a framework to leverage opportunities in all areas but most especially in the school's commitment to students’ spiritual, academic, physical, and social growth.
Facility Expansion and Improvements
- Study the feasibility of a building project for additional classrooms, a weight room, an auditorium, and other necessary campus improvements.
- Study the feasibility of a capital campaign to raise money for any necessary expansion and improvements.
- Develop plan to improve maintenance and appearance of existing facilities.
Advanced Educational Excellence
- Continue improvement of faith enriching activities and intentional development with CPS’s core values.
- Expand programs to further challenge high achieving students.
- Expand support for students struggling academically.
- Student and expand future curricular opportunities for students.
- Secure resources to support CPS's talented faculty and staff as they grow as educators.
- Continued development of CPS’s co-curricular programs to enhance student growth.
Maximize Community Connection and Outreach
- Study and improve alumni connection and events.
- Develop a Concordia Prep community business directory.
Marketing and Communications
- Develop plan to improve public awareness of Concordia Preparatory School.
- Improve communication plan for current families and alumni.
Improve Financial Capabilities
- Develop plan to improve existing revenue streams and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Grow Concordia Prep endowments to better support our ministry.
- Improve advancement strategies and events to maximize support for the ministry at the School.
Maximize Student Body
- Develop strategies to continue to recruit the best students to Concordia Prep.
- Recruit additional international students.
- Establish a Saints Ambassador Program.
