We need to receive grades reflecting the students’ current performance and the previous two years.

TOEFL Score Requirements
Concordia Prep requires the following scores for the admission into the Upper School:
- 9th Grade: 70
- 10th Grade: 70
- 11th Grade: 80
Families should send a copy of their student's TOEFL score report taken within the last year to the Admissions Office via email.
Participate in An Admissions Interview
An important and necessary component in the admissions process is the opportunity for the prospective student and family to meet with members of our Concordia Prep administrative team.
Our Admissions Office team will set up your admissions interview-either in-person on campus or via video conference call-once the family has submitted a completed application, current school records, and common referrals. Interviews will held in May/June (Fall Applicants) or November/December (Spring Applicants).
Await Admissions Decision
Once application requirements are fully met, an admissions committee will review the completed application materials and inform the student of the acceptance decision. An accepted student will receive an enrollment package with additional information mailed and/or emailed to the family.
Submit Enrollment Application and Deposit
To officially accept your admissions offer, families must electronically sign the formal enrollment contract that can be found in their MyConcordia portal. Additionally, the enrollment deposit must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or wire transfer to Concordia Preparatory School. Wire transfer information can be found on the last page of the enrollment contract.
Certificate of Eligibility
Once all application materials have been received by the Admissions Office, including the enrollment contract, an I-20 will be processed by Concordia Preparatory School.
The I-20 is a multi-purpose document issued by a government-approved, U.S. educational institution certifying that your student has been admitted to a full-time program of study, and have also demonstrated sufficient financial resources to stay in the U.S. The I-20 is officially titled the "Certificate of Eligibility" because with it, your student is "eligible" to apply for an F-1 student visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad.
The School will not issue an I-20 for students in the waiting pool.
After receiving the I-20, international students are required to pay the SEVIS I-901 to complete their I-20. Link to Pay
